One of my alternate continuum's in my head. Sometimes I just want to go to a place like that, an alternate universe just waste time, just to find where am I, especially these days...

Rendered with Mental Ray, post work on PS.

You mean removing DoF effect? Or the entire scene?

Wow, so real, so cold and... Well, i want to explore this place!

But... There is some problems with water - it's too simple. Try add additional displacement modifier with cellular or noise stretched perpendicularly to the first layer. Because water always has lesser perpendicular waves on the main waves.

I would agree with that (=. It's a stock autodesk pro water material, with no adjustments.. Actually instead of displacement etc, I thought it was easier to just place a nice sea image there on PS, but couldnt find a proper one :\

heh, ok :)

I found once quite an universal advice how to make awesome natural looking water, stones, and all that stuff, using only procedural materials - that was a lot of excitement :))

Nice composition. The subtle details (the puddle of water) add a great deal of realism. If there is anything critical to say, its the rusty barrel texture on the walls line up weird where the two walls come together. I can see you duplicated it. This pic is still nice enough to be my wallpaper for a while though :).

Amazing render. I would add some variation at texturing. Both walls have same texture which is easily noticeable.
