Nothing's Left by Siamon89 Nothing's Left by Siamon89
Inspired by the thoughts of Mies Van Der Rohe, the two main objects are used as decorations here: The two concrete columns; when they are actually the load bearing system of the building. As they are considered as two decorative objects, they create that "isolation" feel, otherwise the "Asylum". Instead of the curtain wall (which is meant to protect us from outside conditions), the window is broken and the protective function is left to another thing.

(This was originally planned to take place in exhibit "Asylum", but I wasn't able to finish it in time.)

Hahaha that's right this one looks a little bit photorealistic. You know once I uploaded this to Instagram and all the people thought this was actually a photograph because phone screen is small you can't see that much :D

Gorgeous.. It reminds me of the scenes in Gunnm Gally: last order, when they are in the decrepit building, in the first books.. Amazing!
